Peter "Cassone" Kunz, age 84 of Hampton Bays, passed away on November 6, 2022. Beloved life partner of Fernanda Antunes Loving father of Lisa Cassone (Fenimore), Lori Kunz, Lynn Cassone (Declan) and Joseph Kunz. Beloved grandfather of Jeana, Michael (Maggie), Anthony and Joseph. Cherished great-grandfather of Mason, Kira and Jaxon. Treasured brother of Joseph Kunz. Beloved nephew and best friend Marco Antunes.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, November 9, at the Church of St. Rosalie in Hampton Bays, NY. A brief half hour for prayer and reflection will begin at 10:00 AM at St. Rosalie's with Mass beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Good Ground Cemetery, Hampton Bays, NY. A Celebration of Life will follow at the home of Lisa Cassone, 156 The Helm, East Islip, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peter's Memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Multiple Myeloma Foundation.
