Margaret M. Dwyer

Margaret M. Dwyer, age 84, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2022, at the East End Hospice Kanas Center. She moved from Queens to Hampton Bays to make sure her children had a backyard to play in and a beach nearby. She leaves behind her son, Justin, and her daughter, Andrea; her three grandchildren, Brittany, Aaron, and Brian; her six grandpups, and her beloved cat “Wiz”.

She was a great Mom and to many others a second Mom. She surely will be missed.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, February 3, 2022, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM & 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Scott Rothwell Funeral Home, located at 20 Ponquouge Ave, Hampton Bays, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, February 4, 2022, at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Rosalie in Hampton Bays, NY. Interment will follow at Good Ground Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donation’s may be made in Margaret’s memory to Our Lady of the Hamptons, 160 N. Main Street, Southampton NY 11968; East End Hospice, 52 Old Riverhead Road, Westhampton, NY 11978; or Comaria, 77 Bay Street, Sag Harbor, NY 11963.
