Lucretia Sessano, age 64 of Hampton Bays, passed away on April 25, 2021. Beloved mother of Jennifer and Vincent (Kristn). Loving grandmother of Olympia, Sofia and Mason. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM at Scott-Rothwell Funeral Home, located at 20 Ponquogue Ave, Hampton Bays, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at the Church of St. Rosalie, Hampton Bays, NY. A private cremation will take place.
