Donna A. Turley

Donna Turley was born May 19, 1958 in Brooklyn, New York to Joseph and Catherine Rogers; she died Monday, May 3, 2021. Donna spent most of her life living in Hampton Bays, NY with her husband Keith and her two children Ian and Bucky. The earlier years were often spent with family and friends, dancing to music and celebrating special occasions together. Donna’s favorite place to be in the world was at the beach reading a book or snacking on her sunflower seeds. You could find her on any perfect beach day soaking up the sun and watching the surfers at L or K Road. Donna enjoyed evening, sunset, drives on the beach with her husband and their late dogs Harry and Kayla. Donna was a friendly fixture to many local beach goers. She was always there to help family and friends, her door was open for anyone who needed a place to hang, or a friend to chat with. Donna was a beautiful person who was deeply loved by so many.

Donna is survived by her husband Keith Turley, her son Bucky Sarsefield Turley, her parents, her brother Joseph Jr. Rogers and his wife Bettina , her four grandchildren: Salvatore, Liam, Taylor, Kaue, her many nieces and nephews, and long-life friends who will miss her dearly. Her son, Ian Clark, preceded her in death.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, May 15th 7-9 PM at Scott-Rothwell Funeral Home, 20 Ponquogue Ave, Hampton Bays, NY 11946.
